I take a natural and classic approach when it comes to portraits. I primarily shoot with natural lighting in outdoor settings as this is what I am visually drawn to the most. I love being able to capture the candid moments in a natural setting, while also setting up posed so that you have variation in your images.

When it comes to my seniors, I also take a more traditional approach. While super trendy is fun, I take into consideration that the images may not age well over time as trends always come and go. With this in mind, I am sure to carve out some time for more traditional portraits that will still be appreciated decades from now.

While I have the ability to photograph a wide range of events and am happy to do so, over the years I have honed in on what I love: seniors, kids, pets, and families. Having a background in education, as well as coaching, I have always been drawn to working alongside kids and teenagers in some fashion and that love has trickled into my photography as well.

The session fee will include my time and talent, a portrait session at the agreed-upon location of choice, post-processing of images, and an in-person reveal to pick and order your favorite products (an online gallery is an alternative option when necessary). 

Print/product collections prints, canvases, albums, and other quality heirloom products are available to purchase after the session.

Depending on the session selected, the session fee is intended for seniors or immediate family only. Please contact me for generational or other session types for a custom quote.

Yes. While I strongly value the importance of having quality products that are commemorative of your session, I understand the desire and the reasoning behind also having the digital images. High-resolution digital images are an A La Carte option I provide. 

A majority of my clients invest in a Collection to enjoy quality heirloom products they can share with family, but also purchase digital images as a discounted add-on to have the best of both worlds.

The average turn-around time is 3 weeks after the session. Once the session is completed, an in-person photo reveal and ordering session will be scheduled so that you can view your images and select the products you would like to order. During this time, we will view the images in your gallery and I will guide you in selecting the products you love and best suit your home.

Rather than initially receiving your images by online gallery, an in-person reveal and ordering is scheduled! The purpose of this is to help guide you in making selections that are best suited for you and your family. I have seen countless times families get overwhelmed by online galleries and struggle to par down their favorite selections and decide what to actually order. I consider myself a resource to help guide you in selecting your favorites.

The in-person reveal gives me an opportunity to bring along a handful of samples for you to be able to see, feel, and touch to get an idea of what to expect for your own photos. This includes items such as the albums, custom framing options, canvases, and more.

Collections, which are a selection of products bundled together, can be exclusively purchased during this time. Collections provide a discount comparatively to when purchasing items and prints A La Carte. 

No fear, after the ordering session you will still have an online gallery to share with family and friends! This gallery will be available for two weeks, or longer depending if you have purchased a Collection during the ordering session.

Depending on your location, the viewing and ordering session may be done in the comfort of your home, or alternatively an agreed-upon location.

Yes. After the in-person reveal and ordering session, you will receive a viewable online gallery that can be shared with friends and family. This gallery will be available for two weeks, or extended up to 6 months if a Collection is purchased.

On rare occasion, I will offer mini sessions but not often. 

Yes. Due to the time I dedicate to curate and prepare your images, there is a $300 minimum purchase after the session.
